HoYeon

South Korean model-turned-actor Hoyeon received international recognition and critical acclaim in the wake of the huge achievement of the Netflix original show Squid Game, in which she was Kan Sae-byeok. She is popularly known as Player 067. Hoyeon won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress. She also won the Screen Actors Guild Award for the Best Performance by an Actor Female in a Drama Series. Hoyeon, who is from Myeonmok-dong (a suburb of Seoul) was able to begin her career as an independent model during Seoul Fashion Week in 2011. Korea's Next Top Model was her fourth season, and she came out as the runner-up. It was in 2016, that she got her international debut after she signed an exclusive global contract in partnership with Louis Vuitton. She's been in numerous campaign since then and has also was on the runway for a variety of designers, including Fendi and Marc Jacobs.
